and is an avid DXer. He was an operator on the HD8M Galapagos
Islands DXpedition in March of 2024. He enjoys operating portable in the field
and being a mentor to new hams. He is a professional
photographer who will provide the Dxpedition photos of

captain who has been a Ham for 30 years. He he has operated
S5/W2WCM and portable from Appalachian
Trail at Harpers Ferry as well as on the 2019 HD8M Dxpedition
to the Galapagos Islands.

Carol
is currently living in central New Mexico and a ham since a
teenager growing up in the UK. She is a retired airlines
pilot. She enjoys restoring and repairing electronic and radio
equipment and builds most of her own antennas. Carol very much
enjoys portable operations and enthusiastically supports Field
Days and Summits on the Air (SOTA) and has successfully set up
and operated radio stations in many locations worldwide
from sub-artic South Atlantic to tropical Caribean. She is
recently back from the T42T DXpedition to Cuba.
